Unpacking & Setting-Up

Once the device arrives, unpackage it from the case, and unloop the cable.

For PC, simply plug the cable into your device. For mobiles, use the provided adapters to connect to your device.

To connect with a PC, the device should be recognised as soon as you plug it in. This should produce a pop up to navigate to the ParWise website, or manually navigate to this website. The simple click connect, and select the ParWise device.

To connect with a mobile, please navigate to the ParWise website. Once plugged in, select connect, and choose the ParWise device. A pop-up will allow you to download the webpage to your home screen, this is recommended for easier use.

 Please ensure you are in the correct mode for the device. For underwater measurements, toggle the button shown below to swap between ‘In Air Measurements’ and ‘Underwater Measurements’

Your device should now look like the below image, and if so, your device is ready to go!

Packing and Returning

Once you are finished with the device, please ensure it has been dried fully with a dry soft cloth. Please take care when drying the lens, as this is a sensitive part.

Gently coil the cable and insert it back in the packaging case, along with the included adapters if used.

Remove the packing materials supplied, which are located behind the foam on the lid of the case. Included is two address labels, and a poly bag. Once all items are back in the case, insert the case into the poly bag and seal it. Using the labels provided, remove the backing, and place one label on the front of the bag, and the other on the reverse side.

The package is now ready to go. Please send the device back to the address on the supplied labels.

Please use a tracked and insured courier service, any loses or damages that occur from not using such service may result in the loss of your deposit. Please ensure the value of £220 is covered by your courier service. The recommended service is Royal Mail Special Delivery, this costs £9.95.

In the event of damage occurring on the way back to us, you will be asked for proof of postage and you may have to claim against the courier.
