  • Seneye Reef

    A meter that measures PAR, LUX, Kelvin, and provides colour spectrum analysis.
    Compatible with Windows PCs only and requires the Seneye Connect software.
    Connects via USB.

    ITC PARwise

    A plug-and-play meter that measures PAR, LUX, and provides full spectrum analysis of your lighting.
    Compatible with Android phones, Windows PCs, and Mac computers.
    Connections included: USB-A, USB Micro-B, and USB-C.

    ITC PARwise PRO

    The premium version of the PARwise, offering the same compatibility and connections, with enhanced readings including cPUR, a wider spectral range and improved accuracy.

  • You can choose either a 5-day or 10-day hire.
    The hire period begins on the day you receive the meter.

    You must send the meter back on the final day of your hire period.

    Example:
    If you receive a 5-day hire on Monday, that counts as Day 1.
    You would need to post it back on Friday (the 5th and final day).

  • How do I receive the meter?

    The meter will be delivered to your door by a tracked and insured courier.
    It arrives securely packaged, with the return address labels included.

    Shipping is free on all meters.

  • Please dry the meter and package it as it was delivered.
    Return address labels and a shipping bag are included in the box — please use these when sending the device back.

    You are responsible for returning the meter using a tracked and insured courier service.
    If an uninsured service is used and the parcel is lost or damaged, you may be held liable and your deposit may be at risk.

  • The total cost is made up of a hire fee and a refundable deposit.
    Pricing for each device is shown below:

    Seneye Reef

    • 5-day hire: £25 hire + £35 deposit → £60 total at checkout

    • 10-day hire: £45 hire + £15 deposit → £60 total at checkout

    ITC PARwise

    • 5-day hire: £35 hire + £115 deposit → £150 total at checkout

    • 10-day hire: £55 hire + £95 deposit → £150 total at checkout

    ITC PARwise PRO

    • 5-day hire: £45 hire + £105 deposit → £150 total at checkout

    • 10-day hire: £65 hire + £85 deposit → £150 total at checkout

  • The hire cost is what you pay to use the meter for your chosen hire period.

    A refundable deposit is also taken at checkout. This protects against loss or damage to the device.
    When the meter is returned in good condition, the deposit is refunded in full.

    The full amount (hire cost + deposit) is charged at checkout and held until the meter is returned and inspected.

    When the device is returned in a suitable condition, the deposit is refunded. If any damage or issues are found, we will contact you to discuss this and a partial or zero refund may apply depending on the situation.

    All payments are securely processed through Stripe Payments.

    Deposits refunds are normally recieved the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days.

  • The ITC PARwise and ITC PARwise PRO are compatible with Android phones, Windows PCs, and Mac computers.
    The meter connects via USB and is supplied with Micro-USB, and USB-C adapters.

    If you don’t have a compatible Android device, you can hire one at checkout for an additional £10.

  • The Seneye Reef is only compatible with Windows PCs.
    It connects via USB and requires the Seneye software to run.

  • Yes — if you’d like to reserve a meter for a future date, please fill in the Contact Us form.
    We’ll get back to you to confirm availability and arrange your booking.

  • When you receive the PAR meter, you will also be given a date to return it.
    Please ensure the meter is posted back on or before this date.
    Failure to do so may incur a £5 per day late charge.

    Please note: postal delays will not incur any charges — only the date you hand the parcel over to the courier is considered.
